Your personal information is stored on servers within the People's Republic of China (Alibaba Cloud servers) and will not be transferred across borders.
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy:
Account Information: Deleted or anonymized within 30 days after you deactivate your account
Exercise Data: Deleted or anonymized within 90 days after you deactivate your account
Log Information: Not retained for more than 6 months
Where required by law, we comply with applicable legal requirements
Deactivation of account will be completed within 15 business days of your request.
We implement the following measures to protect your data security:
Encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS) and storage (AES-256)
Regular security audits and vulnerability fixes
Limited employee and partner access to data

Withdraw Consent: Disable Bluetooth, location, and other permissions in your device's "Settings → App Management → Alpwalk → Permissions," though this may affect some features
Restrict Processing: Request limitation of processing of your personal information in specific circumstances
Data Portability: Request a copy of your personal information
Complaint and Inquiry: Contact us through the contact information at the end of this policy
Withdraw Privacy Policy Consent: You may withdraw your consent to this privacy policy through "Settings → Privacy Management → Withdraw Consent." After withdrawal, we will stop collecting your personal information, though this may affect normal app usage
We will respond to your request within 15 business days of receipt.
We do not intentionally provide services to minors.
If a guardian discovers that a minor has used the app without authorization, please contact us to delete the related data.
We may update this privacy policy based on business adjustments or legal requirements.
Material changes (such as changes in collection scope, use purpose, sharing recipients, etc.) will be notified to you prominently through in-app pop-ups or announcements.
